How can I purchase from Nina Patterson?

Work can be purchased directly from the website securely via Stripe. Free local & national delivery applies to all orders within the Republic of Ireland. For international orders, all shipping, insurance, custom & tax costs are the responsibility of the client.
Once your order has been confirmed and payment received, your order will then be processed. Paintings will be packaged and despatched to you as quickly as possible. You will receive an email confirmation when your painting has been sent.
Artwork may be purchased directly from gallery stockists. Work exhibited in galleries must be purchased in store or through their website.

How to I Pay for my order?

When you have made your selections, you will need to finalize your order by completing the checkout process. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.

Where is my order confirmation email?

If you have placed an order but have not received a confirmation email within 24hrs please contact Nina at [email protected] or by phone / text / WhatsApp +353 (0)87 2977797.

What if I notice my details are incorrect after I place my order?

Please email the correct details immediately. Shipping details can then be amended before an order is processed. If an order has already been dispatched, then the client is responsible for reclaim & new delivery costs.

Can I cancel my order?

An order can be cancelled prior to dispatch and before a confirmation email has been received. Please request this via email to [email protected] stating your purchase order number.

Can you include a gift receipt?
Yes, of course no problem, please request this via email to [email protected] stating your purchase order number.

Can I add a gift note to my order?

No problem, simply email your message to Nina at [email protected] or by phone / text / WhatsApp +353 (0)87 2977797, stating your purchase order number and I will be happy to include your message.

Change your mind? I need to change my order can I do that?

Yes, an order can be changed prior to dispatch and before a confirmation email has been received. Please request this via email to [email protected] stating your purchase order number.
