What is our return / exchange policy?
Original paintings, fine art prints or greeting cards may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are in the original condition as sold and accompanied by the original receipt or confirmation email. Refunds (excluding the initial shipping costs) will be issued to the original method of payment and may take up to 10 days to appear in the customer’s account. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I return an order?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, or if it arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact Nina at [email protected] or by phone, text, or WhatsApp on +353 (0)87 297 7797, quoting your order number.
You will be provided with a return address. Please let us know whether you would prefer a refund, exchange, or store credit / gift card. Refunds (excluding shipping costs) are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 days to appear in your account.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once a return order has been received by us, clients will receive a confirmation email. Return payments are processed immediately and can take up to 10 days to clear clients accounts.
Are Gift Cards refundable?
