🎨 This Week in My Studio 🎨
It’s been a busy and inspiring few weeks in the studio, with lots happening behind the scenes!
I’ve been working away on new watercolours, developing ideas and preparing my work for the Water Colour Society of Ireland’s 171st Annual Exhibition.
I’m particularly excited to be exhibiting in the WCSI’s 171st Exhibition, taking place at City Assembly House, Dublin, from 12th–26th October 2026, open daily from 10am–5pm.
City Assembly House is a wonderful historic setting for the exhibition. Originally built by the Society of Artists in the 1760s, it was created as a purpose-built exhibition space for Irish artists and has a fascinating connection to Ireland’s artistic history.
It’s always exciting to see paintings come together in the studio, from those first sketches and washes of colour to the finished piece. There’s still plenty of work in progress here — so I’ll be sharing more as the exhibition gets closer! 🎨
